Shmuel practices exclusively in the area of family law in Ontario and also now in Ohio. He earned a B.A. in Psychology from York University, received his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003.
More recently, he earned an LLM at Cleveland Marshall College of Law and passed the Ohio Bar in 2021. He is past Chair of the OBA Child and Youth Section. He joins Nussbaum Law to provide high level strategic advice for the firm’s lawyers and clients. Shmuel has a broad history of providing legal education to other legal professionals, and directly to the very people going through the process.
