Gurjit was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017. He began his legal career at a boutique law firm in downtown Toronto, where he focused on criminal law and developed significant experience appearing before both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. He has conducted judicial pre-trials, judge-alone trials, and jury trials, and has advocated for clients in challenging and high-stakes situations.
Gurjit has since transitioned into family law, where he brings the same level of preparation, judgment, and advocacy to clients navigating separation, parenting disputes, support issues, divorce, and property-related matters. His background in litigation provides him with a strong foundation in conflict management, risk assessment, and strategic advocacy.
As a family lawyer, Gurjit is focused on helping clients resolve their matters efficiently and effectively. His goal is to provide clients with clear guidance, strong representation, and the confidence that their matter is being handled with care.
In his spare time, Gurjit enjoys travelling and watching the Dallas Cowboys.
