Originally from the UK, Ari has been with the firm since 2020. He specializes in all forms of Family Law, Dispute Resolution, including Advocacy, as well as Local & International Arbitration and Mediation. Ari seeks to provide his clients with practical, cost effective and efficient advice, in a straight-talking, ‘no fluff’ manner. Ari has a history of negotiation, ranking top 5 in the 2020 Dentons Negotiation Cup and subsequently being asked to represent Osgoode internationally. He currently teaches at Osgoode Hall’s “Lawyer as Negotiator” as an instructor.

Ari’s wide-ranging practice includes Custody and Access, Division of Property, High Net Worth Family matters, Separation and Cohabitation Agreements and a wide range of Child Protection Cases. With a history in Psychology and Negotiation, Ari specializes in dealing with narcissists, and abusive and controlling ex-partners.

Additionally, Ari often deals with International issues, having litigated several Hague Abduction cases and often works with foreign lawyers on pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements involving competing jurisdictions worldwide.
