Anitra completed her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at Queen Mary University of London in the United Kingdom and holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Wilfrid Laurier University, where she majored in Criminology and minored in Law and Society.

Prior to law school, Anitra worked as a Research Assistant at Wilfrid Laurier University. During law school, she participated in moot competitions, further developing her legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.

Outside of work, Anitra is actively involved in the community, volunteering with a senior group in Scarborough. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and staying active.
