Barry is a respected member of both the Ontario and New York Bars. With over 17 years of experience,
Barry is a successful and proven advocate for family and divorce clients.
Barry represents clients in all areas of family law, including, divorce, child custody (decision-making),
parenting time (access), child relocation and Hague Convention matters, support related matters,
complex property division issues, domestic contracts (prenuptial, cohabitation, separation, and
parenting agreements), and sensitive child protections matters with the Children’s Aid Society. With his
broad and focused experience in family law, Barry provides strategic and effective solutions for his

Barry has volunteered as a Mandatory Information Program instructor at the 47 Sheppard Family Court
House to provide litigants with an overview of the legal process and general approach to managing one’s
case through the court system.
Barry completed the combined JD/MBA program at Osgoode Hall and the Schulich School of Business.
Prior to practicing law, Barry was an associate at an international consulting firm, where he provided
international tax consulting services to Canadian multinational companies.

In his personal time, Barry enjoys running, the hot sun, and spending time with his wife and five
